- Portraits are in graphite pencil on heavy acid free Bristol paper, unmatted and unframed.
- Standard portrait size is about 9 inches square, and varies according to the subject.
- Prices below (in US dollars) are based on standard portrait size. Contact the artist for a specific quote or for information on an alternative size.

Portrait Ordering Procedure
- Send one or more photographs to the artist. Select pictures that are as large and clear as possible; natural lighting is best. Emailing digital photos is preferred, or you can mail a photo print to the artist. Any photos mailed to the artist will be returned with the portrait.
- The artist will help you choose the best photo and size for the portrait. You will discuss any special instructions or customizations to be done, such as removing tack, making the horse's ears go forward, etc.
- A 30% deposit is required to begin work, payable by personal check or PayPal. The deposit is non-refundable after portrait is started.
- Allow 4-6 weeks for the portrait to be completed. Usually portraits are completed much more quickly than this. Ask the artist when ordering for a more accurate estimate and notify her if you have rush needs.
- When the portrait is complete the artist will send an image of the portrait on-line or through the mail for your approval.
- After the buyer approves the preview image, the balance should be paid. When the balance is received by the artist, the artist will ship the portrait.
- Artwork will be shipped in a stiff plastic archival sleeve inside a padded envelope for safe arrival.
- Shipping charges are not included in the above chart. Packaging and shipping is usually about $12 for U.S. shipping. Ask the artist for a specific quote when ordering.
